Job Description
1) Position: 6/4 Hi QC Inspector
No. of Required Candidate: 3
Duties of Quality Control Inspectors
Quality control inspectors typically do the following:
- Read blueprints and specifications
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process
- Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
- Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
- Operate electronic inspection equipment and software
- Accept or reject finished items
- Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
- Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected
Qualification Required:- Diploma in Mechanical/Bsc. with PCM
Experience Required:- 0-2 years experience in relevant field (Freshers can also apply)

2) Position: Pickling Production Supervisor

Duties of Pickling Production Supervisor
- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
Qualification Required:- Diploma in Mechanical/Bsc. with PCM
Experience Required:- 0-2 years experience in relevant field (Freshers can also apply)

3) Position: Pickling Operator
No. of Required Candidate: 1
Duties of Pickling Operator
- Tends equipment that chemically cleans grease, scale, dirt, and other foreign matter from metal objects to prepare them for processes, like electroplating galvanizing.
- Removes shavings, dirt and rust spots from objects, using air-hose, file, or sandpaper.
- Loads objects on conveyor which carries them through series of chemical & rinsing baths, or places objects on racks or in containers and immerses objects in chemical rinsing solutions, manually or using hoist.
Qualification Required:- 10th Pass (SLC/SEE Passed)
Experience Required:- 2-6 years experience in relevant field
